We offer online coaching as a team. Two knowledgeable and experienced industry professionals will work together to create individualised programs to suit your lifestyle, fitness level and training background.

Online Coaching Package – 8 Week Block

  • Free initial consult and planning phase
  • Customised nutrition plan (training day & rest day diet plan)
  • Recipe and flavour pdf guide
  • Tailored training plan
  • Weekly online 10min FACETIME check-in to discuss progress, track measurements and address any problems
  • Regular program updates/ adjustments as you progress or circumstances change
  • Unlimited 24/7 messenger and email support for guidance and advice (all replies within 24 hours)

All programs are individualised and specific to the clients goals, lifestyle, dislikes and likes
