- Tailored training plan
- Weekly online 10min FACETIME check-in to discuss progress, track measurements and address any problems
- Regular program updates/ adjustments as you progress or circumstances change
- Unlimited 24/7 messenger and email support for guidance and advice (all replies within 24 hours)
